    Only thing I can say, is a good modern leather kilt. Kilt wise, that is proabally your best shot.

    Yeah, I may be 18, but I do not get the leather. I hear, from a guy at my school who has one, that they are really heavy. I have no need for one, but yeah, now that i think about it, only loose cotton burns. If it is too tight, it becomes semi flame resistant. Should work with wool, unless you plan on dropping the kilt in the fire, you should be good.
