Santa Claus Kilt

Well, christmas is over.
One of my presents to myself was a kilt made from some worsted wool material I aquired. After reviewing all tartan pics, books by Bain, and research by fellow Xmarkers revealed that the tartan was an un-named “fashion” tartan that I named "Santa Claus Tartan".

Well, the kilt was born on 12/25/2007. And true to form, the kilt was born to a very deserving fellow who promises to treat it with care and love.

The kilt has been worn for three days (straight) now and has not wimpered at all (nor do I expect it to ever peep).

The pleats are taking a beating. I have been doing a lot of sitting in a car, yesterday drop daughter off at the airport. Today, shop for my lovely wife, driving for hours looking for the right gift, and then taking my other daughter to the airport.
