There will be Food, Kilt raffle, Celtic raffle, live entertainment and of course lots of nice folk in kilts!

Re: Southern OR Burns Dinner
Without hijacking this thread, based on on my perusal of the dress codes thread, one would be well dressed in a Prince Charlie, or a dark coloured Argyle jacket, with neck tie appropriate to the jacket, and a white dress (or business dress) shirt (no tatter sails or button down collars in other words) . Also, one would wear nicely polished, black, dress shoes.
And correct me if I am wrong, Raven. But if a darker, tweed day wear jacket was all one had, as long as you did not look like you were about to take a stroll in the heather, or feed the livestock, you would likely be allowed in. Just accessorize at a more dressy level. For example a fur sporran, polished shoes and a business dress shirt, with neck tie. (In Southern Oregon, business dress is often a nice sport coat, slacks, shirt and neck tie, and sometimes more relaxed, even among bankers).

I would say that anything above a plain t-shirt or ghillie shirt would be acceptable. polo shirt, button down, a nice sweater or a vest. jacket could possibly be optional. honestly we would rather see some new faces than to be too concerned with how they were dressed.
