Padre... I saw that in the paper today as well and thought of some of our Western "cowboy" regions such as Texas (Tobus don't be offended) ... Oops... I'm from cowboy country in Alberta....

I already wear my cowboy hat with the kilt (at 4500 ft. altitude, the sun can be pretty intense). Maybe I'll have to try it with the boots too.
