So very tempting especially since I've been admiring the bonnets in the outlander series and I'm wondering how this would compare when worn. Is that yarn 100% wool?

Bonnet is sold!
This is not as full as the Outlander style and the blue is a bit darker. Cascade 220 is 100% Peruvian highland wool and felts amazingly well.
As a Registered Hobbyist, I can only promote one item per month. Check this space next month as I watched a considerable number of Bones episodes last fall.....

I couldn’t believe my eyes when Bev offered this heather blue bonnet for sale. I had purchased a mustard heather bonnet from her earlier and was pleased as punch with it. I had planned to PM her a request to make me one in heather blue. Think and it will be. I just sent the money for it and the shipping when I saw it posted on this thread.
It arrived in my mail box in Virginia on the sixth day from being mailed from Nova Scotia. Wow!
Today, we celebrated in Fredericksburg the 289th birthday of Scottish/American rebel/patriot Dr/Gen Hugh Mercer. It was the perfect phot op to sport my new bonnet. Without further ado!

Pleased as punch, again! Double punched?
