Recent Kilted Shenanigans

Lots of opportunities to wear my kilt this summer. Here are some of the more acceptable pictures


In Balloch at 10 am watching the Lions trounce the Ozzies.


East Renfrewshire Highland Games with Shona and The Magical Cake Company

The King and I in Luss. He succumbed to my "disarming" charm.

Chris carries his woman off to annoy the police with some shameful behaviour in front of a police car

Highland games. We try to have Chris arrested at the bar for "being annoyingly tall and handsome in public"


I remonstrate with the police for not using the pepper spray or taser on him as I requested.


They showed him some restraint techniques instead (can't show those pictures).


Trevor carries off a random Canadian girl from the games. His wife loved this pic on fb. (wasn't me, honest)

James really enjoying his day after Trevor got him a canadian at the games.

Stag do in Oban, Jools and Ronnie decide they can both fit inside my jacket. They were right.

Off to Luss on the bus with lots of singing


After 10 shots and winning the last man standing tournament, I was having difficulty finding my sporran.

Shenanigans. I'll say! You guys/gals really know how to party. I've never seen an XMTS photo montage with so much beer and so many port-a-potties. Looks like out takes from the National Lampoon's Animal Highland Games.

I think that some of these shenanigans could be easily elevated to Rumpus or even Brouhaha level and there seems to be a Kerfuffle in one of the pictures.
