Review of Artificer sporran No 8
I have the honour and privilege of now being the owner of No 8 sporran made by our own Artificer. We all saw the prototype being made on the forum and how wonderfull it looked. Well I can tell you, it looks better in the flesh. Photos do not do justice to the leather and until you get it in your hands, you cannot appreciate the quality of the leather and for that matter the absolutely superb stitching. I also obtained a sporran strap and kilt belt from Artifcer and these are equally impressive. As for the sporran, it hangs well and has enough room to carry anything you may need.
Below are several images of the sporran alone and being worn

Artificer is, as his name suggests, an artist. I'm not too bad a leather worker, but this guy is light years ahead of me. I'll be that good- some day... I'm not one for lighter browns on leather, but that looks really sharp with the tartan you've paired it with! Very nice indeed.

I'm liking that very much. Don't put it down on your furniture though, you'll never find it again. I'm awfully partial to the simplicity of Artificer's No.6 Sporran too. 'Tis a thing of great beauty. I've already established enquiring comms and I've also tried this...
Dear Bank Manager.
I know that it's considered the norm for customers to bank with The Bank and not for The Bank to bank with the customer... but.... You see there's this sporran I really like and ... and ...
But I don't think it's going to work. And my daughter is already wearing shoes made from duct tape and old inner-tubes as it is...
I guess I'll just have to save up... again...

Really, really beautiful! It is good to see you enjoying a great sporran. Cheers!

Very "old school" classy, like everything Artificer makes!

Hey Downunder! You really wear the new sporran well. I love it with your tartan.
I'm glad everything made it to you so quickly, and in good order. I'm also relieved to see that the microfibre bag prevented any scuffs to the sporran in transit.
