    Kilted Cruise Pictures...

We just got back from a Bahamas cruise. Nikki's boss paid for all of her office staff and their spouses a 4 day cruise. An incredibly generous holiday gesture. We were greatful. But, I gotta say, Nasau did not impress me in the least. The cruise was ok. Definitely glad we did it. But, certainly in no hurry to do it again. Anyway, here's a couple of snaps from the time there. I spent a mass majority of my time kilted.

    From the "formal" night.

I spent a lot of time on the deck drinking coffee.

Sounds cool. I'll have to wait until I get home to be able to see the pics, but I'm sure they are good.

Were you the only one kilted during the trip?

Indeed I was. I became quickly recognized for it. The third day I was wearing shorts (been swimming) and I got a couple "where's the kilt?" comments.

On my last cruise, I only wore my kilt on formal nights. Even still, I was quickly known as the guy with the klt.

Excellent photos Brad, you both look great, not sure that a cruise is my thing, but what an extremely generous gesture from Nikki's boss.

Cruises are great for a first time visit to an area when you just want to hit the highlights. They're also great when you're making several stops, like in the Caribbean. In fact, I would say that a cruise is a great way to see the islands, since aside from a few notable spots on each island, each place looks much like the other.

    Brad,

The pics looks great. Looks like the Jacket fits OK and it got there in time. Sorry to hear you didn't dig on Nassau all that much, but at least you didn't pay for the trip!
