The Little Airship goes shopping

Sunday morning Elaine and myself wanted to do a short trip to town to do some Christmas Shopping. The little airship was eager to join us ....
So we set of to get the bus to town ....

We passed the New Theatre, Wale's oldest theatre

Then went passed the National Museum of Wales

The little airship was also eager to go ice skating .. but we didnt have that much time

So we took it to the Father Christmas Grotto instead

The City Hall and Clock

Then we went past the Castle

A bit nearer the castle clock tower

Then by sheer chance the little airship run into a Darlek .... These two girls were escorting it around the town ... The airship was desperate for a photo, so the girls obliged

Then we passed a side street which showed one of the stantions of the Millenium Stadium

St Johns Church

The other side of the church

Then we went to the indoor market

Then we watched some folk dancers

The little airship was in need of refreshment by now so thats what we had

We did our little bit o shopping as well, then in the eve the little airship was special guest at our friends for a meal and beer or two

It wont be long now b4 I have to pass it on but there are still a couple of welsh adventures left

There are two things that come to mind regarding the voyage of the saltire. 1) I'm saving a lot of money by having this virtual tour of wales or 2) I need to save me some coin so I can see this in person! Guess I better skip my daily hot chocolate.
