So, how do you tell a Scottish cowboy?

By the drone notch in the brim of his hat.....

THAT was funny !!! btw here are some pics

notice the drones are slopped over to the side...otherwise the hat would have to be cocked to the side...it worked pretty well as the doorway was low and I would have had to duck to clear it

(the wifey took a break and let her assitant take a shot of us)

the women wanted a spin......how could I say no?

sorry for the quality....these were 2 MB + pics and I had to skew them down to a reasonable size to get them onto photobucket

well there you have it!!! at the risk of the wrath of the missus I got the pics for you hope you enjoy!!!

Nice pics. I'll never "get" western wear, but I don't judge because a lot of people don't "get" kilts. it takes all kinds.

You pull it off well - especially in the vest without the jacket.

Looks pretty good over all -- probably because they're lace-up boots, not standard "cowboy" boots. I agree with Bob that the vest looks good with the kilt.

Fantastic, although I'm sure not many of us (especially me) could pull it off.

Excellent pics; you were abolutely spot on to wear the kilt while piping; somehow a trousered piper doesn't look right.
