I have small "smudge" on a wool kilt that was caused by a pewter kilt pin rubbing against the wool. It is very small but now that I have upgraded to a better kilt pin it is noticeable (to me at least).
Any suggestions on how to get rid of it without causing any disasters to the kilt?
