Controversial choice
So I have this White short sleeved DR Who Shirt . . . huge fan of Dr. Who."
I want to wear it with my kilt.
Is that in poor taste?

In poor taste? Why that's just stuff and nonsense, says I. Doctor Who t shirts are cool.

This is my "around the house" kilt and not one I'd wear out, the company said as a sports kilt it can be worn on the hip but idk.
But that's the shirt.

In Scotland, the body decoration might be more likely to cause raised eyebrows than the shirt

I have several tattoos and they are visible when I wear a short sleeved shirt. I have never had any issues.
In regards to the Doctor Who tee shirt, there has now been three Scottish Doctors, I think a kilt is perfectly matched with a Whovian top.

.
Sometimes, silence can be deafening. It always amazes me that some fail to notice the significance.

I'm not sure what you mean. Do you mean that tattoos are not acceptable in Scottish society, or that they are not acceptable to you, or something else entirely?
