    Cornish Kilt for Scottish Athletics?

I am looking to purchase a Cornish National Kilt in something that is athletics appropriate. Unfortunately I haven't seen a PV Cornish National tartan fabric for sale online as of yet. Does anyone out there know of a PV Fabric in this or another Cornish tartan?

Also, one site has a "Poly Cotton" in a Cornish National Tartan. Any ideas about this material? Would it work?

Just a quick follow up, I contacted the folks at sportkilt.com and they said that it should be more or less equivalent to PV. So I guess I will place an order!

So, Sportkilts said they could do Cornish National (the one predominantly yellow) in PV?

Yes, but I have to send the fabric. I found it at cornish-tartans.co.uk for 11.95 pounds/meter so about $20 per yard of fabric. I'm going to ship it to them and they will make the kilt for me.

You just don't WANT to stop, huh?

So wait, still...Cornovi Creations stocks the Cornish tartans in PV? Really....wow. I'm truly shocked to lean this. And quite honestly, I wish I would have known this.

It's actually poly cotton but Seamus at sportkilt said it is a similar material and wholly appropriate for one of their kilts. It's 11.95 bps a meter, so a little under $20 per.

I know I have gotten bagged on for my Sport Kilt but its quite comfortable. I tried to get Seamus to make a Fighting Cochrane series and carry our new Cochrane hunting and or modern. He said he would look into it but after almost 2 years worth of emails back and forth nothing yet. I will continue to keep my fingers crossed. However, I really like my Army Tartan Sport kilt and will be sporting it at the Highland games in 3 weeks.
