Going Regimental?
Normally I am going regimental under me kilt. When wearing underwear I always get the feeling they are falling down below my "lack of ****", or binding against the kilt fabric. I have tried lycra sport shorts and cotton boxer briefs.
On dress occasions I feel obligated to wear something and always seam to latter shed, and throw them away.
Does anyone else have this problem and maybe a remedy other than wearing a Gstring?
Thanks, —T

When I go non-natural, I wear black trunks. The legs are shorter than boxer briefs, and longer than normal briefs (y fronts). The legs trend to grip the tops of my thighs pretty tight and they are low rise so the top sits below the sporran belt so any movement of the kilt material, like walking motion, happens above the waistband of the underwear. I hope I explained that well.
Can't help with the keeping them up because I have a pretty ample tuckus.

If slipping drawers--no matter the type--is the problem, I recommend thumb tacks. Holds 'em in place all the time.

Carpet tape also works.

The late Duke of Windsor used to button his underpants to his trousers. Four small buttons on the inside of the waistband of the kilt and four buttonholes in the corresponding positions on the underpants should stop any slippage.

That pic got me thinking of a possible welcome kilt innovation. I for one would love it if my kilts were made with a removable (perhaps button in), washable, removable cotton liner. Those of us who like to go regimental would be able to have a few of these and avoid drawers while still enjoying added comfort and hygene.

Seriously?!

HRH's drawers were buttoned-down? Out of curiosity (and with all do resoect) WHY and HOW do we know that?! Don't post without proof!
Chas, you are a font of interesting knowledge, my friend. I enjoy your posts.
