How is this shirt?
Okay, first, I know the pic is out of focus; I used the timer setting on my wifes camera. And the shirt could use an iron; I'm simply trying it on. I just wanted the opinion of how this shirt works with the kilt. The major concern I have is that the white undershirt, which is part of the shirt itself, doesn't work well with the kilt. I just want to look as good as I know I do

I think this is a case of "can't see the shirt for the arms"!
In my opinion, and from what I can tell, it looks just fine with the white undershirt (or mock undershirt?). As long as it isn't an undershirt dickie, I think you aren't committing any fashion faux pas.
(Suggestion: put your arms at your side for the next outfit so we can get a better view of it.)

I think your instinct is good - blue polo shirt, fine. White undershirt, not so much.

Birddog, it is a great shirt. But I agree with Ehiker that it's hard to tell about the outfit with your arms covering your chest. One thing that strikes me is that, from what I can make out of the colors in the kilt, the shade of blue in the shirt seems a little dark to go really well with it.

I think it looks just fine. I have a similar polo shirt with a bright orange fake undershirt and even with that it still manages to go well with most of my Kilts!
You look good and the white just breaks up the picture a bit, making it better overall.

I would generally agree with Arlen.
Unless we own a clothing store, sometimes it will be impossible to find shirts or polo shirts, hoses, etc. to match exactly the colors of our kilts.
So the closest match is as good as it gets, and your outfit in this photo looks good in my eye.
What I would change though, is the hose, not sure about the navy. Maybe try a lovat green or blue?
But as is, it looks fine.

I wear polos with the kilt all the time. I don't know about the undersleeve showing, though.

I agree on most of these points. move the arms for the next picture! wear one of those under shirts that is more like a tank top so it wont show at the neck. I think that the colors in the kilt would mean that most any shirt will match. very HHHOT!

The shirt looks good to me. The blue and the white are solid colors. Solid colors work best with a tartan kilt. Striped shirts are too busy to wear with a tartan kilt.
