I have been thinking of doing a jacket conversion. Have checked several times at 2 local Salvation Army stores. Found several nice Harris tweeds, all about 5 sizes too small. Last trip I found one jacket large enough, a three button microfiber 'suede' jacket in taupe. Similar to this: Any opinions how it might look as a kilt jacket?
