    Kilt adjustment

I have a kilt I purchased 2-3 years ago. I have seen the extensions for adjusting them out to be bigger. What are my options as I have lost 20 pounds and at its smallest adjustment my kilt is still 2-3 inches to big.

The simplest thing is to just move the two apron edge buckles toward the center back of the kilt and the underapron strap toward the center of the underapron. No one will be the wiser.

What I did with mine that was too large was just add some more buckles in line with the existing ones. I fastened them in such a way that I can easily remove them should the kilt start shrinking. The original buckles are hidden by the kilt itself. I've worn it twice this way and am very pleased with the result -- plus no one seemed to notice...
