    Kilt belt advice

I have a quality 3 prong kilt belt. Thick, plyable never bleeds. I want a traditional belt that will accommodate different buckles. Velcro adjustable. I want the same quality. I’m overwhelmed with the Pakistani junk and am tired of the conflicting reviews. I trust this community. Please recommend a retailer. Budget for the leather alone is around $38 US.

USA Kilts has a pebble grain belt for $35 or a Celtic embossed one for $40, both velcro-adjustable and made in the UK, along with an impressive variety of buckles to go with them.

I don't own either of those belts personally, but I have bought other accessories from them (including a buckle). And that along with my personal interactions with Rocky and his crew, and the reviews others have given them on this forum, makes me certain that they wouldn't be selling them if they weren't.

I own the brown and black embossed kilt belt from USAK and I'm very happy with it.

If you have any plans on going to the Stone Mountain Highland Games next month, there are quite a few vendors there. You will find a lot of Pakistan made stuff, but there are some nice belts to be found. Plus you can actually see and touch what you are buying before you purchase.

I have the black embossed belt from USA Kilts and I am very pleased with the quality. Besides being very helpful (and patient), I have not received anything from them that would be considered poor quality.

I started out using all sorts of kilt belts...then read on this forum that the kilt straps are sufficient to hold up the kilt....and I found they are. Since stopping using kilt belts I've saved some dinero to buy other accessories.

I'm pretty happy with my belt from UT Kilts, but I don't know where it was made.

Edit: It is a plain leather belt with velcro like you mentioned and fits most buckles
