    Kilt hanging funny

    Hey everyone!

    Quick question. I just tried on my kilt again after being unable to get into it due to it shrinking all one it's own!! Now when I wear it it doesn't hang straight, but where the pleats start on the sides, seem to slightly flair outward. Have I lost too much weight? Am I pulling the kilt too tight around the top? Any guidance would be extremely appreciated!
