They do seem to give you a case of the drooping derriere - there's a large fold diagonally from hip to knee where you just don't fill out the cloth.
I wonder if they cut them out to a standard pattern which was the closest to your measurements rather than make a pattern for your actual size, the difference between made to measure and bespoke.
