    rear pleats

    I have two formal likts from Kilt mart and the pleats in the back have a bottom thread attached , should this be there or cut to let the lower pleats
    flow. thanks

    From what you describe they sound like basting stitches which should be removed, BUT don't remove them until we are sure that is what you are referring to. Can you post a picture?

    The basting thread isn't always white though, not over here anyway.
