    Second hand / vintage shops in Edinburgh

    Hi all,

    I'm going to be up in Edinburgh for a few days with work next month. I know the city well, but have never gone looking for second hand / vintage kilt accessory stuff, other than in Armstrongs when after some quick-fire fancy dress (note to self: don't tell the staff that; they don't like it ). Any recommendations for any shops / areas to head to? Ta!

    Vintage in Edinburgh

    Armstrong's Vintage super cool Found a really nice kilt there along with some accessories and masonic regalia, I was missing
    aka Scott Hudson, Mason,Minister, Eagle Scout, Vet, Teacher, Student, Piper, and Burner

    I will drop in on Armstrongs as you never know what treasures there are. Would love to know any other hidden gems though!

    Armstrongs in the obvious choice.

    You could give McCalls a try - they often have some ex-hire stuff available.
