supply of surplus military kilts in uk

I am trying to find a scource of surplus military kilts in Uk.
Last time I tried I was informed that traditional British Dealers were not being offered the chance to tender or purchase in traditional manner as surplus stock was being sold directly to the Japanese.

This comes bak to recent forum discussions on Nato Stock Number Sizes on Garment Lables.

Today For some reason I could not find Anyone Holding Sock.

This seems strange to me. Cheers Roddy

If you're built like a bean-pole, try here

This company in the States provide mockups but again sizing is limited. Perhaps you could ask them if you can't find the size you're after. Can't attest to the quality but the reviews look encouraging. Be aware the import duties and admin charges on anything imported into UK from the US are excruciating. Designed to discourage such enterprise I would think.

I do not know what to make of this story of Scottish Highland Regimental Kilts going to Japan.
Or do they end up on the big American market.?

Silvermans(London) military surplus, used to be pretty good on those sort of things. You may have to use your imagination as "kilts" may not be under the heading of er, um well, "kilts" ! Try something like "uniforms",or, "collectables".

They have some military kikts. Not sure if they are reproductions or surplus, though I hear excellent things about their quality.
