    Where to find an inexpensive kilt for beginners?

    I was wondering where I could find a decent kilt that's fairly cheap. I'm not very well off at all and I also have a very small waist (28) so it's proving difficult to find something in my size that I could potentially afford...

    I could go looking around online, I just fear that I'll run into issues...any advice from you folks?
