Not really - the pouch looks reasonable from the front but the back implies a fairly recent manufacture. The cantle seems to be a poorly made piece in that the badges are poorly aligned, the metal lacks the pattern of the normal levee sporrans (see https://www.pinterest.fr/pin/531213718540474534/) and the general quality of the workmanship seems amateurish

I also think it's a modern reproduction.

There was a guy in Texas IIRC who was offering a range of reproductions of vintage military sporrans, brooches, belts, and so forth and I wonder if this is one of his.

In any case here's another A&SH Levee Dress sporran (whether original or reproduction I don't know) which shows the decorated border. The copper colour is strange, I would think the original metal would be silver and/or gilt.

The 'piano hinge' is something I didn't expect to see on a period piece.
