Im active on a large number of discussion boards. This site is quite different than many in the fact that Avatars are so small, and the PM box can hold up to 1000 messages. Most boards Im on have a PM box of only 100 messages. My suggestion is to half the PM box to 500 or even to 100 and upsize the avatars to 200X200 Just my 2 Peso's

Luke, I'm going to have to side with switchblade on this. Having a larger avatar has no attraction for me at all. I like the fact that I can keep more PM's.

You can post all the large sized pictures you want in the Show Us Your Pictures forum. I don't want to scroll down for half a screen just to get past someone's avatar. I personally have 43 private messages. I don't know what I'd possibly do with 1,000 but if Hank doesn't mind the server space that might entail, then why change it? Andrew.

Andrew, I have been accused of being chatty before, and the fact that I only have 66 messages in my Inbox, but 76 in my sent mail is a further indication!
Luke, we'll let you have your money back on this one. As mentioned, there are too many sites where avatars get out of hand and we don't want to head down that road. I participate on a few forums that have 80 X 80 restrictions on avatars and also on a couple that do not allow the use of an avatar, period. 100 X 100 seems to be a good compromise.
