Posting pictures
I understand certain reasons why web masters modify their realm, but to go from simple to hard is not the way to maintain a happy customer base. Glad I am not on call for technical support for this page.
There is no way to add comments to other member’s pictures, trying to add pictures is much more difficult and takes much more time.
I think as a group we rely on other members input for our choice of shoes, shirts, hose, etc... in addition, not being able to post our approval or advice is not good, especially for new members to being kilted.
I doubt I will be the only one voicing my opinion.

I was wondering the same thing. I am glad to see that we can still post pictures in our posts. I was thinking, "write something in a post, refer to the picture in the group of pictures which is already too cluttered for me to look at, then some one comments on it somewhere else and we'll never figure it out."
Maybe an explanation or reason for the sudden change will help.

I've just been looking around at the gallery and all to see how it works all day and haven't tried to do anything. Are you saying that you can not upload a picture to a gallery album, then take the address of that pick in the gallery and put IMG tags around it to post it in the rest of the forum and threads? This is worrying me a bit...
* Oh, maybe there is just a problem with uploading pictures, I'm sorry. I do still wonder about what I asked, though.

I tried to ask my inner curmudgeon before posting, but he sprayed me with the garden hose…

When I tried to use the two options for posting pictures, it either said the file was too large or invalid. You can post directly from your computer using the browse option, but it was not working for me.

It looks good if they get it up an working.
I'm sure the mods will let us know whats up when they see questions being asked.

Ya Tommie, earlier, they put the photo gallery up, then locked the picture thread down. They've been talking about adding a gallery for a long time, and working on it. It kind of just happened all of a sudden... Feels weird to have all those pictures and comments frozen in time, though.
Hope this works out, and I think it's a good thing for the forum to have it's own attached gallery for it's members.
