Hello! I am a newly registered member here (hi! so happy to be here with so many talented and friendly folk). I did the email verification and all that.... Yesterday, I posted a new topic under DIY... but since, have not been able to post a reply to the topic. I would very much like to thank all the people who have generously given me advice, along with a few more of my own questions... but when I go to post it tells me I do not have access to post. On that note I am also unable to view my own or anyone elses profiles, getting the same error, "Do not have access". Any help would be greatly appreciated! Cheers! ~Lea
Hello Lea, Welcome to X Marks. Please accept me apologies for the delay in your registration with the forum. We have our system set up so that all new members pass through a moderation processes when they first join. As you can imagine a forum this large attracts spammers and hackers in large numbers. For example yesterday as you were joining our forum 27 spammers also attempted to register. This slowed down the process for all the legitimate members who have found us and honestly wish to join our discussions. Please be patient a little bit longer. As you make a few more posts the system will allow you to have full access to all the sections of the forum.

Thank you so much! I can totally understand! I just wasn't sure if I did something wrong in my registration, or if my posts were getting lost into the nether. ;) Everything seems to be working for me now as well.
