Sure Grant,
The site I found so far is... http://www.aransweatermarket.com/catalog/
im sure they arent hand knitted for that price but they claim to be 100% wool, and they look nice. I found some good deals on ebay, but I keep getting out bid at the last moment!

I bought a lightweight from them, and it's beautiful, and warmer than I expected, but it disappointed me in that it snagged very easily, and began to unravel the second or third time I wore it.

Oh, thanks for the heads up on that one I'll definitely keep that in mind before I buy anything from them then.

$70 for a decent Aran sweater is a really good price, and about as good as I've ever been able to find. In my opinion, if you see any lower price I'd be really suspect as to the quality.
My wife bought one for me years ago at about that price, from an Irish import catalog, and I've enjoyed wearing it every winter since.
The link you provided looks like it has some really nice sweaters, thanks for sharing.

You can find some Aran style sweaters in the J. C. Penny Catalog at a very reasonable price.

There are a few choices at Cabelas. You really can't go wrong with that company. Also, a couple years ago I found (and bought) several really nice aran sweaters at T.J. Maxx for around $45.00. They don't have web ordering but if you have a store nearby... One other place I would look is http://www.sierratradingpost.com/. Don't know if they have any right now but they are always getting new stuff in.
