Choice Cufflinks
I don't know how many of you are in on the cufflinks scene, but I just wanted to post a positive review here. A couple months back, I ordered a few pairs of their silk knot (monkey's fist) cufflinks. They were as good as they could be. Anyway, a week or so ago, one of them broke. It was my first time putting on that particular pair, and I was outside their return period.
Due to my crashing computer, I didn't even know my order number. It was only a $6 pair, but you know, they are pretty and everything.
So I sent them an email, and got a response saying it's all fine, and they just sent me a new pair, not charging me for shipping or anything at all, even though I was outside of their policy.
Therefore, I recommend Choice Cufflinks to anybody who wears them!
In the service biz (and I'm sure in many others), we have a saying that a satisfied customer will tell 10 friends, and an unsatisfied customer will tell 10 billion friends. So, I always like to tell a lot of people when a company does something exceptional. Choice Cufflinks went out of their way for me, so dollars to donuts they will go out of their way for you.
That's all,
Matt!
p.s. of course, I am not affiliated with them in any way, etc etc.
