    Colour Sergeant's Sash

This is especially for the pipers and/or Canadians: I am looking for a quality colour sergeant's sash for our St. Andrew's Society colour party. Any suggestions?

    Regards,

    Todd

Todd: The ebay store Guards Gear [in the UK, if you want authenticity] has such sashes in crimson, maroon and blue, here: http://stores.ebay.com/GUARDS-GEAR_S...34Q2ec0Q2em322

Two US suppliers have them for $ 25.:

    J. Higgins, a US piper's supply house has them in red and yellow here: http://www.jhiggins.net/sf_proddetai...3G9GVJ62LCIS9H

Henderson's Bagpipe Supply has them in red, here: http://www.hendersongroupltd.com/car...idProduct=2853

    BYU,

Many thanks! Henderson's might be the best option at the moment. To tell the truth, I'm a little gun shy of Higgins -- I've seen their products go down in quality over the years, as well as customer service (other people's mileage may vary) -- I'll file Henderson's away, and keep looking for a Canadian supplier as well.

I'm in the process of re-organizing our colour party, and I'm slowly putting together a more squared-away uniform.
