    Enameled Coin Cufflinks

I was looking for some new cufflinks to wear with my french-cuffed shirts, and stumbled upon these enameled UK coins...

I bought a set of the 1961 "Scottish Shillings" (my birth year), the same coin used in the pommel of my custom sgian dubh and dirk. They arrived today and they look terrific. I may order a couple more sets. I'm pleased with the level of care used in the application of the enameling, and the result is clean, edges are sharp, and the whole is very nice. Delivery was prompt, too. There are coins with British, Irish, Welsh, and Scottish motifs. Some are available in a choice of colors, and some years are quite limited.

A nice touch to spiff up a shirt, for wear with your jacket or coatee.

I agree. Nice find. Here's another cufflink site if you like that sort of thing.

Wow - I like what I see! I have quite a nice selection of vintage cufflinks in various styles, and am always looking for something else that's tasteful and unique. These do look like they're nicely done. Thanks for the heads up!
