Based on the positive experience @jviss had with Carolina Celt, I figured I'd give it a try and order a fawn balmoral. This was back on 12/3/2020. It's now 5/6/2021 and still no hat. Bruce seems like a nice enough guy, he's been very pleasant to talk to when I've actually been able to. But he's darn near impossible to get ahold of. Doesn't answer e-mails, and probably only about 5% of my calls actually go through. I know the whole COVID thing has put a damper on a lot of stuff, and he said he had to order it because he didn't have that size and color in stock, but I've had other stuff shipped from the UK in far shorter timelines during COVID. I asked to have my order cancelled and still haven't heard back. And, of course, I can't get ahold of him to check on it. His prices are good, and he seems to be selling the genuine article, but if you need something sooner than "eventually", you might be wise to look elsewhere.
