How to wear a jabot and cuffs?
I知 clear that your jabot fastens underneath a spread collar, but I知 not clear on how one wears the lace cuffs that come with the jabot and cuff set. Does the elastic band just go around the bare wrist? Does the cuff interface with the French cuff somehow?

I wear my jabot and cuffs with my Montrose doublet. It gets so warm under the Montrose that I simply wear a t-shirt under it with the jabot around my neck and cuffs around my wrist.

I think that the Montrose is an absolutely smashing style, but this is my concern with that doublet. I think I値l end up ordering a Sheriffmuir at some point this year instead for that reason (and, as Matt Newsome has mentioned, the Sheriffmuir is more forgiving of waistline fluctuations).

I don't tend to wear the cuffs but an old chap I knew tack sewed the cuffs onto the inside of his doublets sleeves.

Another suggestion would be to have a dress shirt made with the lace made into the cuffs. I have made several dress shirts with lace cuffs.

Where to buy Jabot?
Does anyone know a good place to buy a jabot? I have a Sheriffmuir on the way, and one neckwear I will want is a jabot. Thanks!

Aye, thanks! That seems a good price also. I am also considering making my own. I'm handy with needle, thread, and sewing machine. It would also be a bit unique that way.
