    Inexpensive Sgian Dubh!

Anybody found a Sgian Dubh for less than $15 (Not counting ebay)?

Possably, depending on exchange rates. There is a local buisness that imports cheep highland stuff from the far east, The stuff looks cheep, but its low cost, so its what you'd expect, I havnt bought anything from them yet, but might at some point, as funds are so limited.

The one on the bottom of this picture I picked up at the Tartan Day Festival here in St. Louis last year. It a cheapie alright.( please disregard the knife in the top of this picture but it is the only picture I have of my Sgian) I think I only paid $15.00 for it.

I'm with Cactus Jack, for an inexpensive sgian dubh I'd wait for the next Highland Games or Celtic Festival. You will find lots of inexpensive options for under $15.

    Cheers

Or perhaps BudK if you're in a desperate hurry. $8 plus shipping?!?

Obviously, check descriptions carefully, since many knife dealers will call something else a sgian. At any rate, BudK is a dealer I'm familiar with.

Both the BudK and WiccanWay Sgian appears to be the same one I bought off of eBay for $8 including shipping. They are still readily available for that price. You can read my review here.

    Best regards,
