    I've actually eyed up this type of purse for a while. Not to use as-is... I'd get rid of the chain loops from the top of the cantle, and make a new leather bag for it.
    Functioning brass cantle on the cheap? Hells yes.
    If it were an inch wider, I'd probably put down the $35 first bid. Wouldn't take it any further, though.
