New Sporran!
Nothing fancy, I've been wearing the same $25 mostly leatherish 'hunting style' sporran with my formal getup for years, and I've been wanting a fur one. I didn't want to spend a lot since I'd only use it a few times a year, so I ordered a dress sporran in grey rabbit from Jerry at Stillwater.
I wanted to get one a few months ago but waited too long and Jerry ran out for a while. I got it in the usual 3 days, and it seems like a nicely put together piece, the leather and stitching look pretty sturdy, the seams are straight, and the fur is nice and soft. For the price, and the few times a I'll use it per year, I think it's a great value.

Plus it's a good accent to the X-Marks tartan!

A very nice sporran !.With grey fur and black and silver , perfect combination.
Do you have chain or leather starp attach the sporran?

Beautiful sporran.
I personally have not liked most of the rabbit sporrans I have seen before yours, as they all seemed too "fluffy" in the fur parts, but yours appears more flat and traditional. I like it.
