New sporran on order
Ok all you kilties out there be prepared to be jelous. I just ordered a custom one of a kind hand made sporran from Beserk Bishop, now he did warn me that it will take awhile to make and ship so the jonesing has begun. But after seeing some of his other work on the posts I couldn't wait to order one. As soon as it arrives I will post a review and hopefully pictures. He also told me that I am number three in his que so hopefully that means I will get a low numbered sporran.

I tried to ask my inner curmudgeon before posting, but he sprayed me with the garden hose…
Yes, I have squirrels in my brain…

Wow, a post about my sporrans. . . . I am almost giddy. It was a little odd to go into the leather shop yesterday and seek out specific leather qualities for "customers." Now maybe the people at the shop wont think of me as the creepy guy feelin' up all their leather! I am very excited to share my craft and hobby with others. As stated earlier, leather work takes a back seat to my studies and full-time job so turning out one of these can take a week+ a piece. Better get back to the school work.
Cheers
BB

Congratulations to both of you, and way to go Dirk by helping to support a fellow xmarks member. You'll definitely have to show it off on one of our kilt nights once you get it in.

My only suggestion is to not do too good job. You just might get more work than you, your studies, and work can handle. Just kidding, you do wonderful work and are interested in customer satisfaction. You will do well.
Cheers,
