Olympic Hoodie
I know...some abhore hoodies, particularly hoodies with kilts. But I love the warmth and comfort of them in the winter and I think they look good with kilts.
Ordered up a Vancouver Olympics hoodie. Seems natural to pair it with my Antarctic tartan kilt.

Looks great! I would definetely consider wearing a hoodie with my kilts for casual wear, although I don't have many short enough to not look stupid!
It is in truth not for glory, nor riches, nor honours that we are fighting, but for freedom -- for that alone, which no honest man gives up but with life itself.

Looks great, Ron! I was skiing in Whistler last month and picked up a light jacket with the Inukshuk Olympics logo. I haven't worn it with my kilt yet (I'm afraid that I haven't been kilted much lately,) but I think a multi-cultural theme like the Olympics is the perfect complement to the kilt.

See, I knew wearing a hoodie with my kilt would result in a trend!
I want a horsehair sporran, tho. The hoodie--a baggy, long, voluminous article of clothing by nature--obscures at least the top of my sporran, and would obscure nearly all of it, were I wearing it at the height recommended by some.

mmmm interesting thinking as you think it is natural to pair your hoodie with an Antarctic kilt. I was running around in Short and t-shirts yesterday as we have spring like weather. Aside from Whistler, we have no snow in Vancouver. the 2010 will have to the 'Greenest' Olympic in recent history.
On the other hand, I am glad to see that you are interested in the Olympic that Vancouver is hosting because I am sick and tired to hear people saying that the Olympic is bad.

The blue looks good with the Antarctic tartan, Ron.
BTW, how heavy was that storm when it hit?
