Hey Everyone! Nice new update to the board I like.

Mr. Meghan went on a road trip with his family over spring break and came back with a lovely little accessory for my tartan skirt or sash. It's called a penannular and I actually had no idea what it was until last night. I will have to take a picture of it when I get home from work, but I wanted to ask how it is usually worn nowadays. I read on the paper that it came with that it is worn on a great kilt sometimes. Since I don't wear great kilts, would it look silly on my tartan skirt?

The one that he got for me is about 2.5 inches in diameter and has really pretty blue stones on it that is found in Colorado (I think that's what he said). It's in a design from the Ulster Stone which is quite appropriate since my tartan skirt is from Derry.

Any info on these would be nice. Thanks guys
