I haven't but I've been curious about SockDreams.com 's offerings. Similar price-range for informal hose. Sock Dreams have a model designed for kilt hose. It has a turnover.

If you were considering wearing them with a kilt, I think you would want to know what the top (cuff) looked like.
I have seen kits from them. The hose are stretch synthetic and way too thin with no top turnover capability or design, despite the length. Not traditional kilt wear in any format I can imagine.
I got a pair on a whim. I am still waiting for the right crazy moment to wear them. It has not happened yet. I might give them away.

I have a few pair of the diamond knee socks from Sock Dreams, they are decent looking socks, but as David Thorpe said they are thin, not dress sock thin but definitely not kilt hose thick. They work good with my Dr. Martins as casual socks scrunched down and also pulled up to my knee for a dresser look, but they don't have much for a turn down on the top after that.
They look awesome , maybe with a hose topper , for under $ 20.00 it would be worth it Just to see if it would work . Thank you for sharing them

Gotcha. Thanks i think that I will stick with standard hose for now. I a bit apprehensive to experiment with hose. Kind of funny since they are socks and outside of kilting we men seldom give a second thought to our socks. Lol.
I purchased their kilt hose. Not bad for the price, but very light. Great for mid-summer.
