Socks (hose) supplier - any good

I found this supplier of socks (hose):

    http://www.wbsocks.co.uk/kilt-hose/

The prices seem pretty good. Has anyone dealt with them? Is this a good company, and is the product good?

I never used that supplier but those hose are sold on eBay and I have purchased a few pair. They are really nice for the price. Soft and nice looking. They are no hand knit hose but they are really nice. I say go for it.

I've bought a few pairs of hose from them. Pretty good quality and bargain price.
    Can recommend them.

Very good value. Pity there are not more colours. They are thinner than usual, but I prefer them that way. In winter time, with hiking boots, have worn two pair - black over grey, then the turnover makes a pleasing contrast.
Have also bought the flight socks.

Good basic starter hose with a decent variety of colors and sizes, but they are thin and relatively lightweight, not long lasting, and in short order you will likely desire to move up to more substantial alternates such as pipers hose or any from the broad collection of the House of Cheviot, both excellent alternatives and much longer lasting besides being more stylish. i started with half a dozen varied colored pairs purchased off ebay and still wear them for light duty and casual wear.

As the others have said, they're a fair starter sock. Nice in warmer weather where you still might want to wear your hose up.

It should be said that, due to the thin nature of the knit, in high light/ bright sun you can see skin through the ribbing.

Due to this, I think the lighter Lovat colours work much better than the Navy, black or bottle green.
