Sporran Pattern
I'm now retired and do leatherwork for entertainment and some extra money. I have been asked by the local Scottish Club if I have ever made a Sporron and have a pattern, I'm sorry to say I do not have a pattern and was wondering if someone has one they would like to share.

There are a number of patterns for sporrans out there. Charles Thompson's So You're going to wear the kilt book comes to mind. Check the web, but really you don't need a pattern. Through my research I've learned that they come in all shapes and sizes. I suggest you find one that the band likes and use it as a pattern.

The pattern ChubRock provided is very nice
The one I have is for recreating one used by the 84th RoF Royal Highland Emigrants (1776-1781). Its a very basic raccoon fur sporran.
If its something you really desire then PM me your email addy

Actually, upon secong glance, ChubRock's is very much like the one I have. The only real difference is the use of fur, otherwise very little elss differs.
