I agree, that's really nice. There are a lot of black/grey tartans out there just now, many of which are quite dull, bland, or at best so-so. This one is definitely the best I've seen of that type.

I'm normally loathe to voice my opinion on tartans whether good, bad or indifferent but that's just awesome! Time to rearrange my wish list.
Thanks for the post!

After 11 attempts to register here under different names, we now have enough evidence to confirm that this is again Steven Aikens of Jasper AL. This time using an IP proxy in an attempt to hide his real location.

Very attractive design and really well photographed to highlight the bright blue crosspoint to match our fair planet.
What a shame this one wasn't chosen for the Scottish team in Glasgow!

In 1969 I was pumping gasoline (benzene for my across the pond friends) when I watched the first steps taken by man on the lunar surface. The black and white screen of the Phillips TV was as small as an Ipad is today. I'll never forget the moment. This tartan doesn't thrill me the way that moment did but I must add that it is a job well conceived and executed.

As the earth is much bigger than the moon, I would flip the greys and blues, but I do think it looks nice!
