    I can't imagine this fellow being allowed on the hallowed grass at any golf courses I've seen. No hat, no glove, whatever next? Oh, right, no shirt!

    Heck,

    He would be overdressed at the course I use. Of course, it is at a nudist camp. But I am sure we could bend a few rules to allow the kilt.
