    Junk Raiders

This one is for the Canadians. Did anyone see Junk Raiders this season? There was a handyman on it who wore Utility Kilts. I saw at least 2 or 3 different ones.

For anyone who doesn't know the show this team of designers and builders have a month to complete a project using recycled goods (junk) and a small budget. This year they did a loft for the brick works in Toronto. The show was on Discovery Channel.

Great concept for a show and interesting to watch.

Sounds like an interesting show. Too bad it's not on CBC, as that's the only Canadian station I can pick up. (I can often pick up CBC 9 out of Windsor)

Sounds like Junkyard Wars, but with a timeframe more conducive to building stuff that will work.

There was a kilted guy on Junkyard Wars years ago. I couldn't place his accent, but he wore something like s Skilt and had a goatee that went halfway to his navel and a mohawk...blue if memory serves.

I miss Canadian TV...especially Red Greene being on four times a day. When I was a kid we could pick up one station from Seattle part of the time and two Canadian stations pretty much all the time.
The grass is greener on the other side of the fence...and it's usually greenest right above the septic tank.

I saw a couple of episodes but didn't see anyone in a kilt. It's a cool show.
