Man arrested in Moscow for ‘wearing a kilt’
Spotted this story on the Scotsman website this morning:

It doesn't seem to mention what happened to the chap after his arrest.

Difficult to deal with police officers who have never seen a kilt.
I'm surprised they've never seen kilts at Burns Suppers.
there are probably more Burns Suppers in Russia than in any other country, outside of Scotland
