I was channel surfing and happened to come across an episode of Family Matters and saw, of all things, Steve Urkell in a kilt. The setup was that he had rigged it so that he could play some bagpipes using the air from a vacuum cleaner. Of course, it didn't work for very long.

Anyway, the kilt was cut funny in the apron, and of course he wore it with his suspenders (or braces, for those across the pond). Ironically, he was wearing it up high on the waist like he normally does his pants, but it was just about the right height for a traditional kilt.
