    Address to the Haggis

For all not fortunate enough to attend a Burns Dinner this year, here's a clip of the Address

The random Google image slideshow left a bit to be desired. But, I applaud the address! That was great.

That was very good. Although, I did not much care for the slide show either.
"A veteran, whether active duty, retired, national guard or reserve, is someone who, at one point in his life, wrote a blank check made payable to "The United States of America", for an amount of "up to and including my life." That is honor, and there are way too many people in this country who no longer understand it." anon

Grinder did a fine job, especially considering that we sprung it on him at the last minute.

My favorite this year was the 'Toast to the Lassies'. By the time we got around to it, a good friend of mine was slurring his speech just a wee bit, and inadvertently sang the praises of, among other things, "our breast friends", much to the delight of the assembled company, male and female alike!
I suspect Rabbie would've loved it!
