Anyone coming to Urquhart Castle this year?

Hi all, I haven't been on here for a while. Moved to Drumnadrochit 9 months ago, and teaching piping up here, having a great time.

Anyway, to the point. As of Monday, I'm the resident piper at Urquhart Castle on Loch Ness, and will be there 12 -4 Monday to Thursday until September. On the odd day I have guys standing in for me, but mostly me.

Come say hi if yer passing? Wear yer kit even! 2 days a week I'll be in full piper dress, feather bonnet etc, and others I'll be more casual.

I'd be glad to see any of you guys.

Not coming this year, but I see Urquhart Castle is on the itinerary for the Can-Am Pipe Band tour that I'll be going with again next year. If you're still doing it then, I'll certainly look you up.

Was there last year , if travel up this year will expect good photos LOL , probably one of most important pipers in Scotland with Urquhart Castle being 3rd most photographed castle in the homeland

Going past tomorrow, cant stop I am afraid, got to pick up step daughters horse from the pony club and herself from the Raigmore and her broken wrist!

Was that you Neil, at Fort Augustus today at about 12.30, playing the pipes? I caught sight of a very smart piper there, in full rig and in the briefest of glances Cameron tartan(?) as we were on the way home.
